"Eugene Creek" #489

When I painted this creek in Eugene, Oregon, I was intrigued with the difference in the color and brilliance of light in the little waterfalls which were in the sunlight versus the shadows.   I was also interested in conveying the energy of the creek's water as it gradually came closer to the viewer and fell over the rocks.
